December 16th, 2008

Shoe insult against Bush resounds in Arab world, or at least with the dependable, publicity-loving “Iraqis” in Samarra.  I thought there were no Iraqi nationalists in the Sunni Triangle, only tribesmen?

Plus, another explanation of the whole Arab-shoe thing, as if throwing shoes at someone isn’t by itself an insult.
