AFL-CIO and SEIU attack McDonald’s because. . .McDonald’s opposes Card Check.

Because, you know, every teenage fry cook dreams of a cushy membership in the Hope and Change economy. And maybe, one day, of being able to purchase his or her own seat in the Senate.  Of course, after many, many unpaid summers of passing out voter registration cards to homeless people and illegal immigrants.

Exit question:  Now that they’ve strangled the life out of most of America’s manufacturing base, are unions pressuring the few remaining profitable industries in America because things worked out so well in manufacturing, or because they’re desperately gasping their last breath?
