Al Giordano would love to see John Kerry chosen to clean up Colin Powell’s mess. If the medicine for America’s bedridden foreign policy is to send a waffling joke of a politician with a curious preference for dialoging with resurgent communists, then either things aren’t really that bad or we’re about to witness a perfect metastasis of pro-Kremlin accommodation that will threaten a generation’s worth of geopolitical detente.
