PAC donations are miniscule in comparison to donations from individuals.

I guess Im looking at the chart differently. Sure, most of these $$$’s include donations from individuals within these industries, but the numbers also include PAC donations which are designed specifically to support the candidate.

So maybe less beholden, but less antagonistic too.

Since you happened to use Newsmax as a credible source before, I will too. What’s up with the mystery Obama donors?

Obama has raised nearly $500 million dollars from over 2 million donors. Of course he’s going to lead in a lot of categories. What does this have to do with fighting special interest? Having such a broad donor base makes you less beholden to a particular industry. Do you think I give the guy money because I think he’ll be good to the music publishing industry? I’m sure the same can be said of most of his donors respective of his or her particular line of work.
