I have to go on the road for a couple of days, but here’s a goody to chew on:
Election 2004 - The nation is at war. The “right kind” of military experience is needed in order to lead the nation through this troubling time. We don’t need a President “renting a flight suit” just to dress up in military attire (even though said President was actually a former military pilot). . . . The Democratic candidate must have some military experience.
Election 2008 - The nation is at war. Military experience just isn’t that important in a candidate. Hell, even John McCain doesn’t have the right kind of military experience to be President.
