Cheney’s legal guru wipes ass with Constitution, often

David Addington, by most accounts, is the sole architect of the Bush Admin.’s position on Executive power, specifically the limitlessness of it.  He strongly advocates the President’s right to suspend due process, ignore the 4th Amendment, torture, and sodomize puppies, if he (the Prez) feels it necessary in defense of the Nation.
