Why in the world would Reuters seek Michael Berg’s opinion of the al-Zarqawi bombing? Aside from his predictable rants–which could easily have been written far in advance–why does it seem like Reuters had this story on standby for a big news day like today?

Are they looking for a new Sheehan?
