So the claim is that tens of millions of Americans phone calls are being cataloged? The Pres. said they are only tracking Al Qaeda and Co? That’s a lot of terrorists running around w/in our borders. That would make them a large portion of our minority population in the US…somebody better call Terrible Ted.

Or are you referring to the original ‘Echelon” fears stretching back several years or to this week’s crack USA Today reporting (NYT-rehash) rolled out just in time to discredit the new DCIA nominee?
No man, the Nuge! Just thought the disparity between statement of monitoring Al Qaeda & friends versus “reported” actual of tens of millions was interesting.
Nugent, I must point out, has already figured out a way to turn the tables–he’s actually listening in on the GUBMINT!
